Korma Masala Paste
Korma is a creamy and delicate curry at the mild end of the hotness scale. The flavour of a korma is based on a mixture of spices, including ground coriander and cumin, combined with yoghurt and cooked slowly. A korma may use lamb, chicken or beef, while some kormas combine meat and vegetables such as spinach and turnip. Some korma recipes also incorporate nut and seed pastes or coconut milk.
